Nov. 16, 2009, I attended the Global Entrepreneurship Week celebration kick-off. The event started at 10a.m. with guest speaker Fez Ogbazion. Ogbazion is the President and C.E.O. of TCA Financial, LLC. Ogbazion discussed the Seven Steps to a Turnaround: Exposure, Decision, Transformation. Build, Finish, Receive, and Witness. In his discussion he reminded students that "you can not build unless you are transform", and building is not an easy thing. Many times you have to fight through other people perception.
